The Prince Albert Police Service Historical Crimes and Missing Persons Unit (HCMPU) is renewing its request for public assistance in the disappearance of Norman Halkett.

Norman Halkett was last seen in the beginning of October in the year 2003.

Norman is described as male, 5’7” tall, approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes, long dark brown hair, a moustache, and has tattoos on his chest.

The Historical Crimes and Missing Persons Unit is continuing to investigate and anyone with information that may assist in the investigation is asked to contact police at 306-953-4222.

April 27th to May 3rd is Missing Person’s Week in Saskatchewan and the Prince Albert Police Service has been shedding light to the twelve historical missing person files still being investigated.

The Police Service is now renewing its request for information on the missing Norman Halkett.

Halkett was last seen on October 3rd, 2003 and is described as male, 5’7, approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes, long dark brown hair, a moustache, and has tattoos on his chest.
