The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency says they are seeing new wildfires spring up everyday.
While the agency says many of these new fires are caused by lightning, they do say some of these new fires continue to be human caused.
SPSA officials are urging the public to continue to take caution to avoid starting any new fires.
In the meantime, 49 active wildfires continue to burn in the province with 8 communities under evacuation orders.
Firefighters across Canada and the United States are helping fight the fires with nearly 100 international firefighters from Australia and Mexico set to arrive in the coming days.
The SPSA also says they continue to work with Parks Canada as the Buhl fire burns about 30 kilometres away from the town-site of Waskesieu.
In addition, government officials say $1.8 million of the $20 million of announced recovery funding will be used directly in the northern village of Denare Beach.
