A man from Beauval is facing several charges after a theft and a flight from police.
RCMP say, in an incident that took place last week, 33-year-old Dylan Couillonneur stole fuel from a business in Glaslyn fleeing in a stolen car.
Officer would locate him near Shell Lake where he allegedly fled from police at a high rate of speed.
RCMP would eventually stop the vehicle outside Prince Albert where Couilloneur was arrested.
Two other individuals were in the vehicle, but RCMP say they were released without charge.
Couilloneur now faces several charges and had his first court appearance this past Friday.
