A First Nation north of Regina has reached an agricultural benefits agreement.
Canada will pay nearly 99-million-dollars to the Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation for the cows & plows settlement.
Canada had obligations under Treaty 4 to provide farming tools, crop seeds and livestock, but failed to meet them.
