RCMP are investigating a suspected arson in the northern Village of Pinehouse.
Mounties say an excavator in the community was shot at and set on fire over the weekend,
The piece of equipment was parked at the community’s landfill when it was damaged sometime late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
The machine was said to be heavily damaged.
