April 27th to May 3rd marks Missing Person’s Week in the province of Saskatchewan and throughout the week the Prince Albert Police Service has been highlighting the twelve historical missing person files still being
investigated.

The Prince Albert Police Service is renewing its request for information in the missing Joseph Couldwell.

Couldwell was last seen on May 25th, 1981 near the North Saskatchewan River by the railway bridge in Prince Albert.

He is described as male, 5’8, approximately 150 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair and was wearing black clothing at the time of his disappearance.

Police say It is believed Joseph may have drowned.

Police continue to investigate the disappearance of Joseph Couldwell and anyone with information on his disappearance is asked to contact police at 306-953-4222. Anonymous tips can also be
