April 27th to May 3rd is Missing Person’s Week in Saskatchewan and the Prince Albert Police Service has been shedding light to the twelve historical missing person files still being investigated.
The Police Service is now renewing its request for information on the missing Norman Halkett.
Halkett was last seen on October 3rd, 2003 and is described as male, 5’7, approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes, long dark brown hair, a moustache, and has tattoos on his chest.
Police continue to investigate the disappearance of Norman Halkett and anyone with information on his disappearance is asked to contact police at 306-953-4222. Anonymous tips can also be
