Today marks the second anniversary of the homicide of 32-year-old Lawrence Lavallee.
On May 28, 2022, just after 5:30 in the morning, Prince Albert police responded to the 800 block of 11th Ave. East on reports that a man had been shot.
On arrival, officers located Lavallee in the 100 block of 8th Street East, suffering from serious injuries.
Lavallee was then transported to the Victoria Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police say the suspects fled north on 11th Avenue East in a red Chevrolet Trax SUV after gunshots were heard by witnesses.
The SUV was recovered by police, but no arrests have been made yet.
Lavallee’s family and investigators are now calling on the public again to report any information regarding the homicide.
