The sister of Aaron Gamble is not giving up hope that someone knows what happened to him the night he died.

Gamble was found deceased behind an ally in the 2300 Block of 17th Street West on March 24. Saskatoon Police later released surveillance video of three people in the location of where Gamble was located.

The past eight months have been difficult for Emilia Greyeyes, a daily struggle, but learning to trust the process and investigators working to solve Gamble’s death. She even launched a billboard campaign to elicit information, which she said has yielded tips to police.

“The billboards, when they were up, generated some tips. But they [police] couldn’t speak about it. That’s one positive, they did help,” explained Greyeyes.

She described her brother as a hard working person who loved music, particularly heavy metal, some of which Greyeyes still listens to today. Gamble would write lyrics for music and short-stories. He would also play video games with his nephew.

“You may think its minute, or has nothing to do with it, but it could help with anything. If you know anything or have information, just come forward,” Greyeyes said. “Anything will help at this point. And I would appreciate it if people who know something can come forward now.”

Anyone with information on the death of Aaron Gamble is asked to contact Saskatoon Police or Crime Stoppers.
