A 17-year-old boy is dead and another youth in custody charged with second-degree murder, following an incident in Deschambault Lake late Sunday night.
RCMP were called to a report of an injured person in the street, only to discover the boy dead.
Officers would later attend a home in that community, arresting a 17-year-old girl and another man. Police say that man suffered injuries from a separate incident.
The girl, who cannot be identified, is to appear in court today. The victim’s name is being withheld. More charges are expected.
