RCMP in Sandy Bay are having some issues with their detachment’s phone system.
In a media release Sandy Bay RCMP said people may have problems directly contacting the detachment after 6 p.m. on week days along with weekends and holidays.
People looking to get in touch with RCMP during the impacted hours are being asked to call 310-RCMP instead or in an emergency 9-11.
RCMP said they are working to resolve the technical issues and will be providing updates.
