A Sandy Bay man charged with second degree murder in the death of his brother will be standing trial.
As originally reported by paNOW.com, Nicholas David Bear, who is 23 will be tried by judge and jury in Melfort. Bear is charged in the death of his brother Nickison Bear, who died in December of 2021 after he was found seriously injured in Sandy Bay.
No date for trial has been set.
