The man who is facing hate crime charges for alleged comments he made about Megan Gallagher is now facing several child pornography charges.
Robert Gordon’s matter was in court Thursday morning, in relation to two charges for alleged online comments he made about Megan Gallagher – a Metis woman who was killed over two years ago.
Gordon, however, was also facing four more new charges in relation to child pornography.
The court waived reading of these new charges – something that Megan Gallagher’s father Brian Gallagher says was frustrating.
“It sure would be nice if they would read them out in court, so a lay person could have a handle of what’s happening,” Gallagher told reporters outside the courthouse.
Robert Gordon will be back in court on May 11.
