Prince Albert RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing woman.
Joanne Highway, who is 41 years old is five feet eight inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. She has brown eyes and dark brown hair, which is buzzed off in an undercut style at the back. She has multiple tattoos, including one on the back of her neck. Highway was last seen wearing a black wool coat, a black bunnyhug, jeans and black boots.
She was last seen on November 24 on Wahpeton Dakota Nation. Highway has been known in the past to frequent the Prince Albert area along with Sturgeon Lake First Nation as well Wahpeton.
