The final person charged in relation to the disappearance and death of Megan Gallagher has been arrested.
Gallagher went missing in September 2020 and authorities would soon begin investigating her death as a homicide.
In 2022, A total of four people were charged with Indignity to human remains in relation to Gallagher’s death.
Roderick Sutherland, Jessica Sutherland, Ernest Whitehead, and John Wayne Sanderson were the accused.
Both Sutherlands and Whitehead have been arrested with their matters currently before the courts.
Police now say the final suspect, John Wayne Sanderson, was arrested on James Smith Cree Nation on Wednesday.
He will be in a Melfort courtroom Thursday.
The remains of Megan Gallagher have not yet been located.
