RCMP say they are investigating the suspicious death of a 33-year-old man from Montreal Lake Cree Nation.
On Tuesday afternoon, RCMP put out a public notice about an increased police presence in the community providing few details on the situation.
Mounties now say they were responding to a report of a sudden death just before noon and the body of the 33-year-old man was found outside a home in the community.
His death is considered suspicious.
His family has been notified and RCMP say they will not be releasing his name at this time.
The Saskatchewan RCMP’s Major Crime Unit is currently investigating the incident.
