RCMP have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted in connection to a suspicious death in Cumberland House earlier this week.

This past Sunday, 24-year-old Marisha Hoksbergen died after an altercation in a home in the community.

RCMP now say they are on the lookout for Alvin Thomas who has been charged with second-degree murder in relation to Hoksbergen’s death.

Thomas is described as approximately 5’11”, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo that says “Pritch” on the back of one hand and the letter AT and DM on the other hand. He is pictured above.

Mounties say Thomas has connections to Cumberland House, Prince Albert, and Nipawin.
