One person has died following a fatal hit and run north of Prince Albert.
RCMP say a car and truck collided on a highway near Christopher lake early on Tuesday morning.
The driver of the car, a 64-year-old man from the area died at the scene. His family has been notified.
The driver of the truck, which was determined to be a stolen vehicle from the Leask area, fled on foot before police arrived.
RCMP continues to actively investigate the incident.
