A fourth person has now been charged in relation to the death of Cody Tait.
Tait, who is from Saskatoon, was found dead on Beardy’s and Okemasis Cree Nation this past March.
In the weeks following his death the RCMP handed out second-degree murder charges to three different people; Robbie Cameron, Scotty Jimmy, and Allison Bear.
Late Friday afternoon, RCMP announced, as a result of their continued investigation, they have charged Dana Morningchild with second-degree murder in relation to Tait’s death as well.
Morningchild made his first court appearance on Thursday.
