The 24 year-old Prince Albert woman charged with arson in relation to the fire which destroyed the Senator Allen Bird Memorial Centre is having her case set over.
Gina Beatty was not present in Prince Albert Provincial Court Wednesday when a lawyer appearing by phone on her behalf asked the court for an adjournment.
The adjournment was granted and the case is set to return to court on April 26.
Beatty has been remanded into custody.
