The Ministry of Highways is looking for La Ronge, Air Ronge and Lac La Ronge Indian Band residents’ feedback on improvements to highway 2 and highway 102.
The major roadway connects the three communities.
Many residents walk and bike on the shoulder of the highway as there isn’t a sidewalk or maintained walking path surrounding it.
The government created a survey to ask residents what improvements they’d like to see, from more lighting to making it four-lane.
They also explained the difficulties the ministry of highways may face if they try to make these improvements.
The town, village and band all have links to the study on their Facebook pages and websites.
