A third person now faces a charge of second-degree murder in the death of Byron Bear.

Bear was initially reported missing in early December after police believe he may have been involved in a serious assault in a home in the city.

Bear’s body was recently recovered in a rural area near Hague.

After Bear’s body was found two men were arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

23-year-old Raine Farrow and 37-year-old Kyle Burns have made preliminary court appearances on the charges.

Police now say a 30-year-old man was arrested in Canmore, Alberta in relation to Bear’s death.

The 30-year-old has not been identified by the police but also faces a charge of second-degree murder.

He is scheduled to be in court on Tuesday.
