UPDATE
Sandy Bay RCMP have charged a 23-year-old man in relation to the death of another man from the community.
Nicholas David Paul Bear has been charged with second degree murder in relation to the death of Nickison Bear.
Nicholas Bear made his first court appearance by phone Wednesday morning.

RCMP says it is investigating a suspicious death in Sandy Bay.
Mounties said officers responded to a report of a seriously injured man at the local health centre, where he later died.
Authorities arrested an unidentified man later Tuesday. No charges have been laid. The name of the victim is not being released.
