A 34-year-old man has been charged in relation to a death that happened on Christmas morning on the Muskoday First Nation.
Prince Albert RCMP say they received reports of an injured man on the First Nation around 6 a.m.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
34-year-old David Duong has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in relation to the death of Sidney Bear.
Both men are from Muskoday First Nation.
Duong made his first court appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court Wednesday morning.
