A man from Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation has died after he was struck by a vehicle.
RCMP say the 27-year-old was walking along Highway 699 in the community Sunday evening when he was struck by a westbound vehicle.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and Mounties say his family has been notified.
RCMP say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and called emergency services.
Loon Lake RCMP along with and RCMP traffic reconstructionist are investigating the incident.
