RCMP have arrested and charged a man with second-degree murder in relation to a death in early 2021.
According to the RCMP, 54-year-old Jacob Sewap was injured in his home in Sandy Bay in December 2020. Sewap would later die of his injuries in early January.
Now after a nearly year-long investigation RCMP say they have charged someone in relation to his death.
24-year-old Lenny Sinclair faces a charge of second-degree murder.
Sinclair was arrested in Pelican Narrows on Thursday.
He will have his first court appearance in Prince Albert on Monday.
