A male youth is in hospital with serious injuries after an alleged stabbing in La Ronge on Wednesday night.
RCMP say they responded to a reported stabbing just after 10:00 pm on Studer Street.
A male youth was found with stab wounds and was taken to the hospital with what have been described as serious injuries. The age of the alleged victim was not provided by the RCMP.
Mounties say a 16-year-old male was arrested in relation to the incident. He is set to make his first court appearance in La Ronge on Thursday.
RCMP say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
