RCMP say three individuals face a number of charges after a police vehicle stop in North Battleford Thursday afternoon.

Police stopped and searched a vehicle they believed to be stolen in the 900 block of 109th Street.

There they found two illegally modified firearms, ammunition, cocaine and methamphetamine.

Twenty-four-year-old Kane Nicotine and 21-year-old Talia Bear are charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of property obtained by crime and breach of a release order.

A youth under 18-years-old is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

All three are due in court this coming Tuesday.
