La Loche RCMP have issued an arrest warrant for a 31-year-old man wanted on an assault charge.
Mounties say the alleged incident happened in the northern village on Sunday.
Earl Lemaigre is charged with aggravated assault and uttering threats.
He is described as 6’2” tall, with a slim build, short dark hair and tattoos covering his entire left arm.
Police say Lemaigre could be in the La Loche area, Prince Albert or Saskatoon but this has not been confirmed.
He is considered dangerous and should not be approached.
