The Northern Inter Tribal Health Authority reported 150 active cases of COVID-19 in their communities Wednesday.
The far northeast reported the most active cases with 100, while the far northwest had the second highest number of active cases with 32. The northeast reported 10 cases and the north central region reported no active cases.
Three people are in hospital while the number of recoveries is sitting at 2,983.
The Athabasca Health Authority reported eight active cases in their region. The local health authority didn’t report any new cases and also saw six more recoveries since their last report.
Of communities in Athabasca, Black Lake reported seven active cases with two people in hospital. While Fond-du-Lac reported one active cases with one person in hospital.
