A Buffalo Narrows man is facing a second-degree murder charge in a cold case from two years ago.
Mounties initially deemed the death of 42-year-old Jason Chartier on Dec. 20, 2018 in Buffalo Narrows as suspicious, yet an investigation later determined the death was a homicide.
67-year-old Ronald Young was arrested yesterday and charged. He will appear in court today.
