The Office of the Treaty Commissioner has signed a memorandum of understanding with Saskatchewan Polytechnic which will see the institution provide treaty education at each of its four campuses.
As part of the agreement, both students and staff will receive instruction on treaty principles of honour, respect and mutual benefit.
The Office of the Treaty Commissioner has signed agreements with a number of organizations where it facilities information to provide an understanding of treaties, the treaty relationship and Indigenous treaty partners.
Saskatchewan Polytechnic has campuses in Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Regina and Moose Jaw.
