RCMP say a prisoner who escaped the Besnard Lake Correctional Facility is now back in police custody.
Its alleged that 29-year-old Travis Tyler Smith left the facility Oct. 16, with authorities admitting it was unknown which direction he went.
Police confirm he was rearrested Saturday.
