Four people have been charged after the Prince Albert RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on the Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation early yesterday morning.

Police say during the search pre-packaged meth, crack cocaine, knives, machetes, airsoft pistols, a conducted energy weapon and ammunition were seized.

As a result, 53-year-old Russell George Bird, Jo-Dee Margaret Ratt, also 53, 21-year-old Dakota Bird and 55-year-old Marlene Ratt all face various charges.

These charges include possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breach of probation.

All four are from Ahtahkakoop.

The investigation and warrant were conducted by the Saskatchewan RCMP Crime Reduction Team.
