A 24-year-old woman has been charged after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and died on the weekend.
The incident, which happened on the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, was reported shortly after midnight Sunday morning.
An injured, unconscious man was found and he was later pronounced dead.
RCMP say Sandra Halkett has been charged with impaired driving causing death.
She was scheduled to appear in La Ronge provincial court on Monday.
