RCMP have laid murder charges in the October 2019 death of a Battlefords man.
Twenty-seven-year-old Ryan Gatzke died as a result of injuries sustained at a residence in the 100 block of 26th Street West in the Battlefords.
Twenty-five-year-old Jacob Joseph Ballantyne of Edam and 22-year-old Isaac Melko of North Battleford have been charged with second-degree murder and break-and-enter.
Twenty-three-year-old Charles Michael Lewis McLean of North Battleford is charged with manslaughter and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
An 18-year-old male (who was 17 at the time of the offence) is also charged with second-degree murder and break-and-enter.
McLean, Ballantyne and Melko were due in court Tuesday.
