The Whitecap Dakota First Nation volunteer fire department was on the scene of a residential fire Monday evening.
A neighbour had already alerted residents and helped them evacuate by the time the firefighters arrived.
The Saskatoon Fire Department also provided some assistance.
No injuries were reported but the structure suffered extensive damage.
The Whitecap Dakota First Nation is located approximately 26 kilometres south of Saskatoon.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
