RCMP say six people have been arrested after a 26-year-old man was severely beaten in his Sandy Bay home last Thursday.

Mounties say the assault happened around 1:40 a.m. with windows broken and furniture and appliances seriously damaged.

The man was taken to Saskatoon hospital with what are believed to be serious, life-threatening injuries.

Nineteen-year-old Kobe Ray, 21-year-old Fabian Morin and four youth have been charged.

The youth cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

The six appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday.

The investigation is ongoing.
