A 31-year-old man is facing drug trafficking charges after La Ronge RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on the Lac La Ronge Indian Band on Friday.
RCMP seized approximately 3.75 lbs. of suspected illicit cannabis, $17,800 in cash and additional evidence of drug trafficking.
Darrius Spence has been charged with possession of cannabis for the purpose of distribution and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000.
Spence is scheduled to appear in La Ronge provincial court at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2019.
