RCMP say one person is dead after being struck by a vehicle on the Piapot First Nation Saturday.
Mounties say the driver hit a 33-year-old man in a residential lane way.
The man was airlifted to Regina hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Leah Nicole Pratt is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and criminal negligence causing death.
She will appear in court this morning.
