RCMP are treating the death of a man on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation as suspicious.
Mounties from Prince Albert responded to a report Sunday morning of an unresponsive man at a home on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation. He was declared dead at the home by EMS.
Authorities say residents of the First Nation should expect to see an increased police presence, but that public safety is not at risk.
An autopsy is scheduled for July 18 in Saskatoon and the name of the deceased is not being released.
