A five-year-old boy is recovering from serious, but non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a bullet during a home shooting on the Lac La Ronge Indian Band reserve Sunday evening.
RCMP say the home had been shot at multiple times with the suspects fleeing the scene before Mounties arrived.
One of the bullets penetrated a wall of the home, striking the child. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
RCMP continue their investigation.
