A public inquest for 22-year-old Brydon Whitstone will take place December 3-7 in Battleford.
Whitstone of the Onion Lake First Nation was fatally shot on October 21, 2017 in an altercation with RCMP in North Battleford.
The inquest is to determine the circumstances of the death and for the jury to make preventable recommendations.
