Organizers of the Justice for Our Stolen Children Camp in Regina delivered a model teepee to the Legislative Assembly Building Wednesday.

Attached to the teepee was a hand written note addressed to Premier Scott Moe.

The note says that despite the teepee’s being gone, issues of child welfare need to be resolved.

The group asks how the government plans to address their outstanding issues.

The protest camp stood for approximately 200 days in Wascana Park, before being removed last month after losing a Court of Queen’s Bench suit over alleged Charter violations.

The group is appealing that decision.
