The La Ronge Ice Wolves continue to tinker with their lineup, as they have completed a trade with the MJHL’s OCN Blizzard.
The Ice Wolves have acquired 19-year-old forward Keeven Daniels-Webb and a player development fee from OCN in exchange for 19-year-old forwards Justin Bill and Austin Bill.
Daniels-Webb will certainly add some size to La Ronge’s lineup, as he’s listed at 6’4” tall and 214 lbs. Daniels-Webb recorded five points in eight games this season with the Blizzard.
Meantime, the Ice Wolves take on the Battlefords North Stars at the Civic Centre in North Battleford tonight. La Ronge will be looking to end a three-game slide after losing 4-0 in North Battleford on Wednesday.
You can catch tonight’s game from North Battleford live on MBC Network Radio, the pre-game show begins at 7:15 p.m. with Braden Malsbury. The Wolves will conclude a three-game trip on Saturday in Kindersley versus the Klippers.
