For the second time in as many days, the La Ronge Ice Wolves have made a trade.
The Ice Wolves have acquired 18-year-old forward Jacy Kennedy and a player development fee from the MJHL’s OCN Blizzard in exchange for 19-year-old forward Nolan Dawson.
Kennedy, Winnipeg product, recorded one assist in three games this season with the Blizzard. He tallied 34 points in 40 games with the Winnipeg Thrashers Midget AAA team during the 2017-18 campaign.
Meanwhile, the Ice Wolves are back in action Wednesday night in Estevan when they kick off a four-game swing versus the Bruins. Braden Malsbury will have the call on MBC, the pre-game show starts at 6:45 p.m.
