RCMP are calling the death of a man on the Thunderchild First Nation over the weekend suspicious.
Fifty-seven-year-old Roger Standingwater was found unresponsive and later died on Saturday.
An autopsy was performed on Tuesday and RCMP Major Crimes Unit North, North Battleford GIS and the forensic identification unit are assisting Turtleford RCMP on the case.
The circumstances leading up to Standingwater’s death are still under investigation.
