Regina police say they responded to an incident at the Justice for Our Stolen Children Camp at Wascana Park Saturday afternoon.

A member of the protest group called police reporting that an unidentified man entered the camp and was behaving in an intimidating manner. The caller stated that a knife had been brandished.

Police say the man had set up a tent and a sign, and he was in possession of a knife. Officers advised the man that he was free to stay in the park, but that threats would be investigated.

The knife was confiscated.

Police say the man voluntarily packed up his belongings and left without further incident.
