Thursday marks the 14th anniversary that five-year-old Tamra Keepness went missing without a trace from her Regina home.
Tamra was last seen in her home on the 1800 block of Ottawa Street.
Despite an intensive ground search she was not found.
Every July since then the Regina Treaty/Status Indian Services has been hosting the annual barbecue to help support Tamra’s family.
The disappearance case is still considered active and there is a $50,000 reward for information leading to her recovery.
The barbecue starts at noon at Core Community Park.
