Denison Mines, which owns 63.3 percent of the Wheeler River project, says it plans to start its summer diamond drilling season this week.
Twenty-eight holes will be dug at the Gryphon deposit, the K-North area and High-Priority Regional.
Dale Verran, vice-president exploration, says the drilling season will be results driven on its targets outside of the Gryphon resource area.
The company says three drills are being used in an area that comprises 20,500 metres.
The Wheeler River project is located between the McArthur River mine and Key Lake mill.
